I was super ob3se!

Before I graduated from high school, I thought I was the world’s sexi3st lady, but not until life began to happen, motherhood altered my body and I began to suffer.

Suffered at the hands of my family.

Suffered at the hands of my friends.

Even suffered at the hands of my doctors.

Doctors! Yes, you would not believe it.

So, I began to eat the meals I love again. And right before my very eyes, all my lost weight crept back.

Did I say “crept”? No, they flew back in a very short while.

It was h3ll! Frustrations set in all over again.

I was constantly being reminded of how I was getting f@t again.

I needed to do something. This time, I was determined to get it right.

I enrolled in courses and had to adapt several of the teachings to my situation as a black woman.

I lost weight without going to the gym, changing my sweet foods, using sl1mming teas, swallowing sl1mming drvgs, or even going under the kn1fe.

My results were different this time, people said I looked fresher than the last time I lost weight and said this was what they wanted me to show them.

The sweet thing is, I have sustained my result for over 7 years.
